Welcome to Calvix! Below is our shipping policy. Please review these terms carefully as they describe how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. General Shipping Overview
All orders are shipped internationally. We operate using a curated logistics model (dropshipping), which means your products are shipped directly from our international suppliers and warehouses to your doorstep. This allows us to offer a wide variety of products at competitive prices.
2. Processing Times
- All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include tracking information if available.
- During high-volume seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas), processing times may be slightly extended.
3. Estimated Shipping Times
Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Please note that these are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
- Standard Shipping: 14–28 business days.
- Expedited Shipping: 7–15 business days.
- USA & Canada: 12–25 business days.
- Europe & UK: 10–21 business days.
- Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days.
- Other International Destinations: 15–35 business days.
4. Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time; please refer to our homepage for current offers.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Calvix is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). Customs processing may occasionally cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
6. Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available in the carrier's system.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
If you haven’t received your order within 45 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at calvix.business@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.
8. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Calvix is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the item.
9. Returns and Damages
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at calvix.business@gmail.com so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
